Chef’s Diary – April

Shiralee has a new chef – so watch the video to meet Josh!

He is creating the meals that you can buy to take home from the Brookvale shop, and he is working with Dave and Donna on the new menu for the Manly shop.

Josh is Northern Beaches born and bred, has worked at Sydney’s amazing Rockpool, and then took his passion for food overseas, working in restaurants in the US and Canada.

Shiralee Organic Meats is working with suppliers to create meals from organic produce in season. Find out what he thinks about organics and make sure to give us some feedback on the meals that you try.
