This led her on a wellness journey that is now almost 15 years long. This journey has included dual qualifications in Nutritional medicine and Naturopathy and mentoring with incredible people like Helen! Pip has also trained with the Mindd foundation, the BioIndividual Nutrition Institute and attended conferences with Dr Walsh and Biobalance Australia. Pip has a particular interest in gut health and how it affects our health and our mood, also in inflammation, immunity and the interplay this has with our environment. She has a strong belief in treating the whole person and has an enormous respect for the incredible and intricate beings that we are and the ecosystems that support or deplete us.

Good wholesome food is one of the greatest pleasures in life: it brings people together, it’s the delicious daily ritual that helps us thrive and at other times, it’s the medicine that helps the body heal and repair itself. The more I learn about our food and water sources, the more I am humbled by the natural cycle of receiving and giving. Supporting chemical-free farming helps us better nourish our loved ones, minimize toxic burden and reduce damage to the viability of this planet which sustains the future of each and every creature living within it. It also helps encourage more farmers to get involved!”
Joanna Rushton from The Energy Coaching Institute
At the Energy Coaching Institute we support you to Master YOUR personal health and performance through mind, body, and high performance nutrition,by coaching to individuals, families and organisations around the world. Nutrition is a HUGE part of everything we do, and organic produce is at the top of that. At Shiralee Meats we have found our perfect partner and producer. The Shiralee team are dedicated to sourcing the highest quality organic and bio dynamic grass fed produce and have a passion for educating their community about the ethical, sustainable and nutritional benefits of their produce. Enormous gratitude to Dave, Donna and the team for all you do and we look forward to doing more workshops together.
As a nutritionist and GAPS practitioner I am passionate about assisting my clients in incorporating whole foods into their diet as part of their healing regime. Through my practice I see a lot of young families and children and the importance of incorporating organic foods is something I prioritise for their healing. Children are still developing and they have rapidly growing metabolisms, this along with their small size means they can be particularly vulnerable to the chemicals used on non-organic food. In addition, given the often less varied diet seen in many children, it is important to maximise the nutrient content of the food they are consuming – and this can be done by buying organic. I highly value the expertise and integrity of Donna and Dave at Shiralee and love the quality and convenience of the organic meat and produce they offer, not only for my clients but for myself and my family too.
Place of Chi
As Health & Wellness Practitioners, our morals are to practice what we preach. Therefore, to be coaching others to eat clean, whole food, we lead by example and as a family, have been eating organically for 12 years. We were so happy when we found Dave and Donna so our family and clients have the best source available for clean wholesome, organic and biodynamic meats and produce
Dr. Jeremy Princi
As a chiropractor and health consultant I have a special interest in the microbiome, gut health & fermented foods. Through my research I have seen how important quality organic food is from not only an ecological view but also the health implications. We know from the studies that herbicides such as glyphosate compromise the gut microbiome. With more & more research coming out on the significance of a healthy functioning microbiome is not only makes logical sense to choose organic but also is validated through the literature. I travel around a lot with workshops etc and I always do my research prior to find where to get good quality organic food, whenever I'm in Sydney I always pop into Shiralee and stock up :)
Bonnie Stedman from Natural Edge Health
As a Nutritionist it is of vital importance for me to communicate the benefits of eating organic foods to my clients. I basically try to explain that its not what organic foods contain that is better, its more what they don’t contain! Pesticides, fungicides, hormones, antibiotics, the list goes on and on of chemical use in non-organic foods that wreaks havoc with our gut health, immune function, liver function and basic overall health. Shiralee offers both myself and my clients the access to affordable organic produce as well as a wealth of knowledge on how to eat food in its most natural state
