- Get a mason jar and fill it with chopped garlic, ginger, horseradish, chilli and turmeric (chop it really fine or grate it). Organic where possible.
- Fill the jar with apple cider vinegar and let it ferment for 2 weeks.
- Have 1 teaspoon of this 3 times per day and your cold will disappear.
